project research: location

Location 

To realise this project I have chosen Ben Aknoun, a commune of Algiers province and a suburb of the city of Algiers, northern Alegria. I decided to realise the studios in that area due to the good road links, also Ben Aknoun is where most of the government admissions, also Algiers is a significant economic, commercial, and financial center, featuring a stock exchange with a capitalization of 60 million euros. As of March 2007, it has the highest cost of living among North African cities and is ranked as the 50th most expensive city globally.

Regions with a Mediterranean climate have generally a good amount of sunlight throughout the year. according to an article from climates to travel website the sun shines 58% of the time in Algiers
